Cancellation of your order and returning products.

Here at sporty trophies  we aim to provide the highest quality products and services. However, we understand that in some small cases you may wish to return your product back to us.

If you are not completely satisfied with any product that has been supplied to you by sporty trophies and the product has not been customised or engraved, and you would like to return it to us, then please contact sportytrophies@gmail.com and inform us of your decision to do so within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Once you have informed us that you would like to return a product then you must send it to us at the address below within 28 days. After we have received and inspected the goods we will issue a refund for the product using your original payment method.

sporty trophies will not cover the cost of the return postage and we recommend that you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a Courier and obtain proof of delivery.

Any returned items must be returned to us in an ‘as new’ condition and in its original packaging (where applicable).

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns on products that have been engraved or customised.

Damaged / Faulty products.

If you receive a product from sporty trophies that has been incorrectly supplied or is damaged in any way then please contact sportytrophies@gmail.com  and inform us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Once we have discussed the issue we may ask you to return the product back to us in its original packaging. After we have received and inspected the goods we will issue a replacement or a full refund for the product and return postage costs using your original payment method.

Liability

sporty trophies will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss (for example loss of enjoyment), damage of any kind, loss of profits or consequential loss resulting from any products or services provided. sporty trophies  wholly to the refunds offered within their returns policy.
